What if I enter the wrong shipping address or incorrect information?
You represent and warrant that information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update it if it changes.
When do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other methods specified on the Site.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
Displayed prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. If applicable, taxes are added at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 24 hours by emailing info@terraphones.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are at Terraphones’ discretion and may include a cancellation fee up to 15% to cover administrative costs and materials already allocated.
Will I get production updates?
Terraphones will make reasonable efforts to provide periodic updates via email or through your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Terraphones ships to select international destinations at its discretion. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes, and Terraphones is not responsible for delays, confiscations, or costs imposed by customs or government agencies.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Inspect immediately upon delivery. Visible damage, shipping issues, or discrepancies must be reported within two (2) days of confirmed delivery to info@terraphones.com with a detailed description and clear photos of the Product, packaging, and shipping materials.
Do you accept returns?
Because Products are made-to-order, Terraphones does not accept returns for personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Returns are permitted only for objective issues like defects in materials or workmanship affecting intended use, or transit damage.
What is the warranty period and who does it cover?
Terraphones offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the delivery date to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and applies only to Products purchased directly from Terraphones.
What is excluded from warranty coverage?
Exclusions include misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper storage, installation, or maintenance, alteration, unauthorized repair or modification, environmental conditions outside operating parameters, cosmetic variations from natural materials (for example, walnut grain), normal wear and tear, altered or removed serial numbers, and purchases from unauthorized resellers.
